The Bronte Bears are a delightful series of highly collectable teddy bears

Ferndean Manor is home of the Brontë Bears, dressed in the authentically designed clothing of the Brontë family and the characters from the Brontë novels. The collection includes Emily, Charlotte, Anne, Branwell, Patrick, Cathy, Heathcliff, Rochester and of course Jane B'Eyre amongst others.

The Bears and clothing are made in our own workshops from locally sourced and in some cases original victorian materials and each one is an individually hand-crafted personality. Many of the costumes have been designed by the renowned Lyn Cunliffe from Abigails Atelier and are wonderful reproductions of original Brontë and period clothing. These are very special teddy bears and we design them specifically to your requirements. Join us over a coffee at the fireside to discuss the range and our bear accessories.

Once the bears are made its over to our chief designer Lynn of Abigails Atelier who has designed many of the period clothes for the bears and Bev, interior designer for Scartop who turns those designs into quality clothing.
